But these are very profound steps that will put you on a path to self-discovery that will open up new doors, expose fresh opportunities and invigorate you down to your core.

Over the course of our work together, I gently and purposefully work with you to zero in on these five areas of focus.

Step 1. Where are you now

Here’s where you tell me what you like, what you don’t like and what you just can no longer tolerate in your career. What are your frustrations? What’s holding you back? Who are the people keeping you down? We’ll examine all aspects of your current situation so we can lay a foundation for future growth and positive outcomes.

Step 2. Where do you want to be

This is where the fun starts. We’re going to get really specific and detailed about what you REALLY want out of your career and your life. I have a unique way of drawing out the desires and visions that have been lying dormant inside of you for years, even decades. Once those have come back up to the surface, we can quantify them and start transforming them into real objectives to shoot for in your life.

Step 3. What works well for you

We’re going to tap into your resources that make you an efficient, highly productive person. We’ll identify your unique gifts, talents and traits that make you better than anyone else at what you do or what you want to do, and we’ll start to make it shine for yourself and others so you can get on the fast track to your ideal career.

Step 4. What are your obstacles to getting what you want

Fears, guilt, family, friends, money, the list goes on and on. These are obstacles and they must be faced head on and overcome before we can proceed. It’s these obstacles that have kept you in your current state of discontent. We need to wipe them out once and for all. I’ll show you exactly how to do that.

Step 5. Action steps

Your ultimate success in my program is all about accountability. It’s one thing to know what to do, it’s quite another to actually do it. I’ll give you real assignments and tasks to get you going, and I’ll be there by your side to keep you on track. There will be follow ups and plenty of cheering when you reach a milestone.

As we move through this process, the haze starts to lift and clarity shines through. The answers that are inside of you start to reveal themselves.
